Text Message Program Terms
Last updated: September 10, 2026
Who we are. Extreme Air Duct Cleaning and Restoration Services, 5934 Rutherglenn Dr, Houston, TX 77096. Phone (832) 699-0888. Email info@extremeairduct.com.
What the program is. When you check the text-message box on one of our forms, you are agreeing to receive text messages from Extreme Air Duct Cleaning and Restoration Services at the mobile number you gave us. Some of these messages are sent using automated technology.
What we send. Service reminders when a cleaning is due, appointment confirmations and arrival windows, messages about scheduling or access to your property, seasonal offers, maintenance tips, and occasional promotions and discounts.
You do not have to agree. Checking the box is not a condition of booking a service, buying anything, or getting an estimate. If you would rather not receive texts, leave it unchecked and we will still take care of your request.
How often. Message frequency varies.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier may, depending on your plan.
How to stop. Reply STOP to any message. Replying STOP stops all text messages from us at that number, including appointment updates. Reply START to turn them back on. If you’d rather stop only promotional texts, call (832) 699-0888 or email info@extremeairduct.com and we’ll do what we can to keep you informed about your job by email or phone instead.
You can also ask us to stop texting you by emailing info@extremeairduct.com, calling (832) 699-0888, or telling one of our technicians. Any reasonable way of telling us to stop counts — you do not have to use the word STOP. We will act on your request promptly and in any case within 10 business days.
How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at (832) 699-0888 or info@extremeairduct.com.
Carriers. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile and most other U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Not all carriers or devices support every type of message.
Your privacy. No mobile information or text-message consent is shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We use service providers to deliver messages on our behalf, and they may only use that information to deliver them. See our Privacy Policy.
Changes. We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page.
