- Air duct cleaning in the Premium plan is based on a single HVAC unit. Homes with multiple HVAC units require an additional charge — call before enrolling.
- Carpet cleaning is based on standard room sizing. Oversized rooms or heavily soiled carpets may incur an additional fee.
- All included services must be scheduled within the 12-month membership period and cannot be carried over.
